Those aren't actually accounts, they're anonymous users using IPv6 addresses. The two that I could see in RecentChanges also have none of the blocks in common, leading me to believe they are not the same person. The one who has been changing shit like quotes and whatnot since late March I have banned permanently. the one that made the smaller edits to the Misha and Track Captain pages has probably had his fun, but I banned him for a week nonetheless. I should have dealt with the first one earlier, and I apologize.
