Unfortunately, Four Leaf Studios has no plans to make any continuation of the game, a sequel, or additions to the game short of a software patch (i.e. the "Version 1.1"). Their talk of a "Katawa Shoujo 2" was from an April Fool's post on the developer's blog last year. If you want to find any sort of "continuation", there are plenty of fanfics all over the internet (including the KS blog), as well as the leaked beta files.
