My analysis,

I didnt like Rin's route that much,ive only completed Emi's and Rin's routes, all endings. Ive got to agree the neutral ending with Rin is the true ending and the more natral ending. 
The good ending feels like Hisao is almost manipulating her feelings to have her,  which resulted in basicly a full destruction of herself. So for me the good ending feels extremely crappy. But thats my own feelings. 
Personally, im not a fan of arts so i knew this route would be tough for me to go through. 
I also didnt have any connection with both Hisao nor Rin throughout the route, except for in Act 4 with the nuetral ending due to actually going after the dream. Currently i place Rin's rote last, but thats out of 2. Ill reply with full ranking once i get through all. 
I think my on personality bleeds alot into the character, which is why i favor Emi's as that was the first route I got based off my true answers. For my to get any of Rin's went against most of my fibers which resulted in less than enjoyable expereince. 


Note nothing against the writers. It still was good writing and overall a good script but personally I have problems connecting or seeing any good relationship out of Rin's route.
