Rin says at the track meet that Emi is seen at her Emiest when she runs. The other characters can be seen sometimes at their most too.

Rin is often at her Rin-est when painting. When she is able to put her thoughts on a screen so the others could see it, even if they don't understand.

Hanako is at her most when she is playing games, like Chess. But the scene I think she is at her most is at the jazz club playing pool. That's when she opens herself the most.

Lilly is at her most only once, near the ending, when Hisao is in the hospital. She often uses her strong persona to mask herself.

Now what about Shizune? What do you guys think about her? When do you think she is at her "most"?
