While I am not Eddiekart, I do also have thoughts on the comparison between Hanako's and Lilly's route. In the end, I also like Lilly's better. With Hanako, I found her whole story to be too dramatic and it was annoying how closed up she was to you (even during sex wtf). But don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed Hanako's route as she is might be my second favorite.

I consider Lilly's to be the best since you do the most stuff with her (but I have yet to play Rin's route, but I still stand by my case). Granted, this may due to her having the second longest route for some reason, but Shizune's (who is the longest) was the worst since she didn't change that much IMO, Misha basically cockblocked three quarters of the story, and had the most ambiguous ending (he says he will "keep chasing Shizune" wtf I thought you had her already) Additionally, Lilly has the best ending too since it's practically confirmed that they will attend college together while the others are just up to speculation.
