I think that Kenji is probably homo, and he discover his nature during his first sexual experience with a woman, from there he start to plto about females cospiracy to not admit the fact, and when he brings Hisao on the Roof and he's drunk the true Kenji's Sex. Orient. comes up again in front of Hisao.
