Ritsu Tainaka is a Yamaku student that sits behind Misha, and only appears in Act 1's Class 3-3 CG. Out of the cameos 4LS has inserted in the CG, Ritsu has some significance in that she's the only one to hail from an anime (that remained in the final version of Katawa Shoujo), and also was never intended to be a cameo. Instead, 4LS intended that to be Aoi, whose design is similar to Ritsu Tainaka of K-On!, and was a friend of Miki, but they ran out of possible cameo ideas and Aoi's design mirrors Ritsu's from the newly released anime series, so they decided to just name her Ritsu instead.
