I understand your reasoning for adding that information on Hanako's plot page, but those pages are meant to be written more towards what they are, a plot summary, not a walkthrough. There really isn't a hard written rule or a manual of style here, so I'm more or less using my own discretion on this front. But if someone wanted to know which choices get them where, there are plenty of flowcharts and game guides elsewhere. I noticed you mentioned you also wanted to add information for Rin's route, so please keep this in mind when doing so.
