Deeply touched by Hanako, mega-touched by Lilly...Rin sent me off the charts.  NO words to describe really.  I will say that one of the best things about her character and the good ending, when you imagine her and Hisao together afterwards, you can't really lock down what their life will be like.  Lilly/Hanako/Emi, you can pretty much say "they had a beautiful family and lived happily ever after,"  (Note:  Shizune was a complete let down and not worth mention for me -- apologis to her favs).

I'm in final edits of a short story that follows up on the Rin "good ending".  It was a story that quite literally popped into my head from start to finish while I was sitting at my desk at work.  I skipped two telecons to capture it on paper in rough draft (no one noticed -- gov job go fig) and I was compltely emotionally drained at the end!

I haven't done any serious writing in 16 years (work & family can do that to you) but this was a true spark I had to follow.  Unsure where/how to post it once it's done.  I'm not very net-saavy.  Suggestions?
