'''Kenji Setou''' (瀬戸 健二 ''Seto Kenji'') is a major character in [[Katawa Shoujo]] attending [[Yamaku Academy]]. He is [[Hisao Nakai]]'s neighbor (across the hall in the dorms), legally blind due to his inability to see anyone unless he is almost an inch close to them. He appears anti-social, claiming to be the "last sane man in an insane world."

*Kenji's ending is foreshadowed on multiple routes: In [[Piracy on the High Seas/Transcript|Emi's route]], he mentions pushing someone off a roof as the best way to murder someone, foreshadowing Hisao accidentally falling to his death after Kenji moves closer to him. In [[Throwing Balls/Transcript|Shizune's route]], Misha tells Hisao not to spend all day being a paranoid person who stays in their room all day, foreshadowing Hisao throwing his lot in with Kenji if he doesn't try to spend time with anyone.
