The hakamichi's house is the residence of Shizune, Hideaki, Jigoro Hakamichi. The house only appears in Shizune's route and Lilly's route.
in Shizune's route, Hisao,Shizune,Misha simply visit The house.
in another scene, Lilly and Akira visit the house to invite Hisao, Shizune, Misha ,Hideaki to a fishing trip.

The House seems vary old fashioned, as most of the furniture does not appear to be modren.
