The Shanghai is a small cafe/tea shop near Yamaku Academy. It doesn't seem to get many customers often, but still attracts enough people to stay in business. Yuuko works as a waitress here when she's not at the Yamaku library or studying.
No matter what route you take, The Shanghai is always visited.
