Chiharu is a member of the art club. In the game, she appears in the scene Studies in Greyscale. She exchanges a few lines of dialogue with Hisao welcoming him to the club. In this scene she is simply referred to as "STUDENT". Her name was was revealed on the Mishimmie.
It is unknown what her disability is, or if she even has one.
