Miki Miura (三浦 美貴 Miura Miki ) is a member of the Yamaku Academy track team. She only ever interacts with Hisao during Hanako's route, in which she talks to him about Hanako, and classes in general. She is able to easily guess Hisao's feelings toward Hanako. She is noticeably missing her left hand, with her arm ending in a bandaged stump at the wrist. She also has shown a hatred for mathematics, saying "Screw math. It's boring as hell."
Like Rin Tezuka, Miki wears a shirt from the Yamaku boy's uniform despite being female, although she doesn't eschew the skirt in favor of trousers.

- Miki's birthday was given on February 19th, 2010 on the Katawa Shoujo Forums by Suriko.
