Timewarp-Tan is a personification off the modified code used for Katawa Shoujo depicted as a Yamaku student.  TimeWarp-Tan gets her name from the "time warp" functions used by Ren'Py.   As Delta wasn';t good at math and didn't fully understand how the code would work, pieces were added on to the code until it basically did what it was supposed to.
