Miyagi

Miyagi (宮城) is the homeroom teach of class 3-2 as well as the English teacher.

Miyagi is never seen in the game, nor does she have dialogue. She is only mentioned by name.

In 2010, Suriko did a Secret Santa project for Aura told from Miyagi's point of view. In this story we find out she runs the school's astronomy club; she had to fight Mutou for the position. She also smokes Lucky Strikes cigarettes.

Etymology

• The name Miyagi means "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya) and "castle, fortress" (城) (ki/gi).
  • Miyagi is shared with japan's Miyagi Prefecture as Katawa Shoujo is said to take place in Sendai city, the capital of Miyagi.
