She's upset and angry and hurt and lonely. She's on love with someone who will never love her back, but she can't abandon her either. Either she stays friends and tortures herself or ignores her and tortures herself less but Shizune more. She can't win.

Then Hisao enters the picture and Shizune starts a relationship with him. Imagine how terrible that must be for Misha. Her only friends are the people she can't be around anymore. She looks for any way of comforting herself, and Hisao is easier to talk to in that regard.

When you're full of emotional turmoil crazy things happen. Misha wanted to feel cared about and wanted anything that could just take away the pain she was feeling, even just for a little while. It's a mistake, but it happens.
