In terms of personality traits, I think Lilly and Hisao share many similarities. Both of them are kind-hearted, easy-going, and reserved. On the plus side, Lilly is the girl, if Hisao seeks old-fashioned romance. On the down side, it takes a while before Lilly speaks up her feelings, as she tend to maintain some distance through her polite and diplomatic habits. (Contrast Lilly with Emi, for example.)

As for Lilly's route, hers is probably the most subdued, as there are very little dramatic moments until at the very last moment.

Since I have completed Hanako's route first, it was pretty straightforward to branch into Lilly's route. Hanako's route alone reveals Lilly's tendencies quite a bit, so it makes it that much easier.
