May I suggest something for the Neutral ending?
You can find it when you choose to ignore Lilly's suggestion when Hisao calls her from Scotland. Though you might just miss it when you choose to "Call it a Day" option after Lilly got on a cab. Hisao eventually friendzoned Hanako in his thoughts, then *poof* Game Over.
