That was indeed said, true. Technically it's speculation, because there was nothing in-game directly stating that Kenji killed Hisao. But given the course of events in that "ending" and Kenji's line about pushing someone off a roof in Emi's Route, many fans have come to the conclusion that he did in fact do it. It would be ridiculous to say that this wasn't a planned reaction by the writers at Four Leaf Studios.
