A friend dangled this game in front of my face, and since I'd heard good things and a few details about the characters before then, I gave it a shot. I was aiming for Lilly but ended up on this route instead, and I didn't regret it at all. Emi's got my favourite personality type, as it turned out. Got the good ending on my first attempt, and ended quite pleased with the result. Their relationship still felt a bit strained at the end, but between their reconciliation and Hisao's strengthening heart I think I enjoyed it more than Lilly's route, which I just finished.
