In my opinion (if I'm even allowed to have one), Lilly's and Hanako's routes are tied for the best, and are the only ones I've ever replayed. They both made me cry like a little bitch, myself, and I'm talking about the good endings.
Rin's neutral ending made me cry a little, but not nearly as much.
