I just chose what I would do in real life and got her good ending on the first try. If your stuck then basically get on her route and try to chose the option that makes you spend time with her mostly. It is IMPORTANT that once you reach the point where you talk to Lilly on the phone to chose the "Trust Lilly" option as the other will give you the bad ending no matter what.
