Hehe ... everyone stumbles into that abrupt dead end at some point while navigating through KS.  The ROD -- the Roof of Doom!

It is the KS authors' way of telling the user that the choices he has made have failed to branch into one of the girls' routes.  Rather sadistic ... :P
