If the authors were a bit more sadistic, they could have expanded the chapter, 'One More Year' (this is where Hanako, Lilly, Akira, and Hisao holds a small party at Lilly's room in which Lilly and Hisao show their gifts to Hanako) to place a trap decision point. How about have a drunk Hanako do something a bit more provocative and allow Hisao to take advantage of her? Of course, this will all but rule out getting Hanako's good ending.

Just imagine what would it be like once Hanako becomes sober and finds out about what happened during the night when she and Hisao were drunk. Beware the nice and quite one!
