I love Shizune's design, but I don't like her character.

I'm just so...confused. I like that she's ambitious, hard-working, and (ultimately) wants to make others happy. However, she's overly-competitive (obsessively so), manipulative, difficult to read, insulting (to Lilly and somtimes Hisao and others), and I dare say selfish (she admits to that).

I'm frustrated, because I want to like her, but I can't. I feel unfulfilled, because I don't feel any connection to her. She keeps pulling and pushing, and I'm tired of being treated like a ragdoll. I don't know what people see in her...
