it could be a scheme I guess, if she knows that Shizune likes you/Hisao then she might want to take Hisao away from Shizune because she's angry that Shizune likes you instead of her.

and then it could just be one of those sexuality erasure things where everyone is attracted to the lead character, regardless of who else they like, haha.
