Bad luck! It's not hard to go with another girl, but it is pretty easy to go with Emi: don't try hard at running and you'll end up with someone else.

Good luck next playthrough, if you choose to do one! I was hit by the same thing my first time through, and ended up really enjoying Emi's path quite quickly.
