While I have yet to complete Shizune's route. based on my first impression of the Shizune-Misha dynamic, the authors should have designed a 'broader' route. That is, have Shizune/Misha hybrid route. After all, if Hisao becomes a regular in the student council, he is going to spend a considerable time with these two girls. This can result in a triangular relationship.  Once they get to know him better, they are likely to find him attractive because he is kind, good at schoolwork, and, although he tends to be easy-going, does not take promises lightly. This would put Hisao in an uneasy situation, as he will face three possibilities: 1) go after Shizune, 2) go after Misha, 3) stay noncommital. If he makes a commitment to one of them, he risks breaking the heart of the girl who is left out.

I kind of feel bad about Misha not having a more active role beyond merely staying as Shizune's sign-language translator.
