There is one funny thing about pursuing Lilly's route.  She is the only one who really pushes Hisao close to death, not once, but twice: (1) When they were doing 'it' together for the very first time; (2) when Hisao tries to frantically catch up with Lilly until he goes kaput.  However, compared to the rest of the girls at Yamaku, Lilly is the one who is the least troublesome; she does not have sources of exasperation like Hanako, Emi, Rin, and Shizune.  So, I find her ironic in this regard.
