Lilly's route is the best because you get to help both Hanako and Lilly emotionally, and you get Lilly to stay in Japan as well. But who knows what'll happen in the end?                   Also I just disliked Rin's route for some reason. I don't really like her.

Good thing Rin's route is actually objectively the best of all amirite.
