Oh, I'm not saying Misha needs a disability to be at Yamaku.  But it's clear in the game (at least to me) that something is going on with that girl.  She has this small pile of odd quirks that seem to infer that she has *something* besides being rambunctious.  Dsylexia fits that role and the story, since it's not really a reason to go to Yamaku.  Not a full fledged disability... just a learning disorder with minor side effects.
