"Support" is a scene somewhere in the middle of Act 1, which is before you've even chosen a path to take in the game. You'll know when you've finished Act 1 when you see an anime-style cutscene followed by a title card. After that, there's still a ways to go depending on the route you've taken. Assuming your reading speed is average, some routes could take 3-4 hours of playtime, maybe 6.
On the other hand, you could also end up with the early bad ending, which you'll know you've gotten if you get ending credits and never see one of these cutscenes.
Anyway, I'm trying to explain this as best as possible without spoiling anything major, so I'd simply recommend you keep playing, as you do have a ways to go. It is, however, very worth it.
