''Disability Girls'') is a romance visual novel covering the life of Hisao Nakai following his heart attack and subsequent transfer to a specialist school, along with the romance he finds there. Inspired by a concept sketch by doujinshi artist RAITA, Katawa Shoujo is the debut production by Four Leaf Studios, an international project originating on 4chan's /a/ board.
