Indeed, I have a sneaking suspicion that all who say that Hanako's is their favorite route know of this 'True ending', even though generally those on the boards aren't allowed to talk much about the prerelease/leaked content that wasn't in the release version (from what I've observed). It does seem odd why this was never fully realized in the full version, why things were cut majorly. Perhaps the step-mother subplot was a bit too much for some of the writers to be comfortable with releasing the game with such a thing in it; but then again we're talking about a game called Disability Girls and I don't think, with a title like that, that anyting falls into the 'too far' category.

Still, the "Can you face your fears?" tag-line is only relevent to Hanako's plot in the prealpha/Beta 'True ending', and that is bizarre. The said ending's cut from the game will likely never fully be explained, sadly, but at the very least it's my headcanon now.
