Totally agree with you. Lilly's route is the best and Hanako's second. The main issue I have with the other routes is Hisao's personality. Since I played Hanako's route first and Lilly's second, Hisao felt so different in the other routes, like Rin's as you pointed out. He was being a jerk and I don't buy that.
