There are two endings for Lilly's Route: Good and Neutral. The good ending is just an extension of the neutral ending, and does indeed have a post-credits scene. That is entirely part of the game, but anything else you may have read off of pastebin or a similar site is only fan written epilogues (to which there are many). Regardless of all of that, I reiterate, this wiki is not maintained by the members of Four Leaf Studios, but they have said multiple times that they have no plans to make a sequel game. They still work on a few things, but no full games are predicted any time within their future at the current moment.
